Leila Hopkins currently resides in the tranquil town of Warwick, Rhode Island. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Nutritional Sciences from the University of Rhode Island, followed by a Master’s degree in the same field. She also completed a rigorous dietetic internship through the Rhode Island Hospital system. Additionally, Leila has furthered her expertise by earning a postgraduate certificate in pediatric nutrition.

Dedicated to a philosophy that shuns restrictive diets, Leila promotes a concept of mindful eating, which encourages her clients to develop a positive relationship with food and their bodies. She is a strong proponent of enjoying a diverse diet, focusing on moderation and the nutritional enjoyment of meals.

Outside of her professional life, Leila cherishes spending time with her Corgi, Muffin, and relaxes by exploring the vibrant music scene of indie and folk genres.


Max Jordan, RD, CDCESMax Jordan, RD, CDCES – Diabetes Care & Education Specialist

Max Jordan is a Registered Dietitian and a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist with a deep-seated passion for aiding individuals in achieving their health objectives. With over 8 years of experience, Max has provided nutritional counseling to patients across various age groups.

Originally from Madison, Wisconsin, Max graduated with high honors from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, obtaining a Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition Sciences. He completed his dietetic internship at the University of Minnesota. Throughout his career, Max has had the opportunity to work in multiple regions across the United States, thanks to his and his wife’s love for travel.

Max believes in the powerful role that nutrition plays in healing and maintaining the body. He emphasizes setting achievable goals and making sustainable lifestyle adjustments to promote optimal health outcomes. When he’s not busy with work, Max enjoys discovering the cultural delights of San Francisco, where he currently lives, often spending his leisure time hiking and picnicking with his wife and their spirited Shih Tzu, Coco.


Nathan Reed, RD, LDNathan Reed, RD, LD – Senior Registered Dietitian Nutritionist

Nathan Reed hails from coastal Oregon and relocated to Colorado to pursue his academic journey at Colorado State University, where he graduated with honors from their dietetics program. Nathan discovered his passion for aiding individuals in overcoming eating disorders while working at the Denver Eating Disorder Center. He has dedicated the past four years to supporting and motivating those affected by eating disorders, specializing in conditions such as anorexia, bulimia, binge eating, orthorexia, and other complex eating habits.

Nathan is a firm advocate of Intuitive Eating and Health at Every Size (HAES) approaches, integrating these principles into his practice to help clients rediscover pleasure in their relationships with food and their bodies. He holds the belief that all foods contribute to well-being.

Outside of his professional life, Nathan is keen on embracing new experiences; his latest hobby is acrylic painting, inspired by the scenic landscapes of Colorado.
